제1조 환불 규정
① 환불 사유 발생 시
<학원설립 운영에 관한 법률시행령 제18조 제3항>에 의거해,
1. 교습개시 이전→ 수강료 전액 환불
2. 교습시간 1/3경과 전→ 수강료 2/3 해당액 환불
(단기특강및 단기간 일부 특강은 제외. 부분환불이 적용안됨)
3. 교습시간 1/2경과 전→ 수강료의 1/2 해당액 환불
(단기특강및 단기간 일부 특강은 제외. 부분환불이 적용 안됨)
4. 교습시간이 1/2이상이 경과한 경우 수강료가 반환되지 않습니다.
※※환불이되는 기준은 단과1개월(월8회기준), 종합반은 1개월(30일기준) 학원법에 의거 할인이 적용되지 아니한 정상 수강료를 기준으로 환불조치됨. (ex.2개월or3개월 동시 등록일 경우= 월 정상수강료에서 환불이 발생되는 월의 반환액 + 나머지 월의 수강료)
제2조 환불 준수 사항
① 부분 현금환불이거나, 현금 수강신청자에 대한 현금환불은 환불일을 기준으로 일주일 정도 소요 됩니다.
② 현금환불은 필히 본인 통장으로 계좌이체 환불 처리됩니다.
※ 환불시간 : 평일09:00-18:40 (정상업무시간),
※ 환불시 지참물= 수강증, 신분증, 카드 결제시 카드와 카드영수증 필히 지참해야 함.
② 오전(09:00)에 진행되는 강좌는 개강 전일까지 환불 조치를 원칙으로 함.

Refund Policy
① When a reason for refund occurs
In accordance with Article 18 (3) of the Enforcement Decree of the Establishment and Management of Academy,
1. Before the start of teaching → Full refund of tuition
2. Before 1/3 of the teaching time has elapsed → 2/3 of the tuition fee will be refunded
(Excluding short-term special lectures and short-term special lectures. Partial refund does not apply)
3. Before 1/2 of the teaching time has elapsed → 1/2 of the tuition fee is refunded
(Excluding short-term special lectures and short-term special lectures. Partial refund is not applicable)
4. If more than 1/2 of the teaching time has elapsed, the tuition will not be refunded.
Article 2 Refund Compliance Matters
① Partial cash refund or cash refund for cash course applicants is based on the refund date.
It takes about a week as a standard.
② Cash refunds must be transferred to your bank account.
※ Refund time: Weekdays 09:00-18:40 (normal business hours),
※ What to bring in case of refund = Course certificate, ID, card and credit card receipt when paying by credit card you must bring it with you.
② In principle, for classes held in the morning (09:00), refunds will be made until the day before the start of the class.
(Afternoon and night classes are in principle up to 1 hour before class)
