Refund Policy
¨ç When a reason for refund occurs
In accordance with Article 18 (3) of the Enforcement Decree of the Establishment and Management of Academy,
1. Before the start of teaching ¡æ Full refund of tuition
2. Before 1/3 of the teaching time has elapsed ¡æ 2/3 of the tuition fee will be refunded
(Excluding short-term special lectures and short-term special lectures. Partial refund does not apply)
3. Before 1/2 of the teaching time has elapsed ¡æ 1/2 of the tuition fee is refunded
(Excluding short-term special lectures and short-term special lectures. Partial refund is not applicable)
4. If more than 1/2 of the teaching time has elapsed, the tuition will not be refunded.
Article 2 Refund Compliance Matters
¨ç Partial cash refund or cash refund for cash course applicants is based on the refund date.
It takes about a week as a standard.
¨è Cash refunds must be transferred to your bank account.
¡Ø Refund time: Weekdays 09:00-18:40 (normal business hours),
¡Ø What to bring in case of refund = Course certificate, ID, card and credit card receipt when paying by credit card you must bring it with you.
¨è In principle, for classes held in the morning (09:00), refunds will be made until the day before the start of the class.
(Afternoon and night classes are in principle up to 1 hour before class)
